That it enacted new rules increasing the number of bears killed each year by 50%, even as its own biologists warned our bears are “especially sensitive to over-exploitation”? Or that it allows year-round killing of coyotes with no “bag” limits and few restrictions, a policy only 16% of Washingtonians support?
