Our Commitments…

NARN is committed to an inclusive culture that encourages, nurtures, and celebrates the diverse voices of our volunteers, collaborators, board members, partners, and communities.

While elevating and acknowledging diversity, we will create an environment where everyone is respected, valued, acknowledged, and feels safe to express themselves.

We will be transparent and accountable for our actions.

We are committed to providing opportunities within NARN for historically excluded communities at all levels of our non-profit organization. Different ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds create a stronger, more inclusive, and more innovative activist environment that impacts the world.

While we are an animal rights organization, we are also committed to fighting against any and all forms of injustice.

The Board takes harassment and discrimination seriously and we commit to take action to protect victims and create a safe and inclusive organization. However, if you feel any need to reach out to an objective third party, CANHAD (Coalition Against Nonprofit Harassment and Discrimination) is an independent volunteer organization with that sole mission.
